Moments That Matter

Every wedding has the big moments... the first kiss, the first dance, the walk down the aisle. I'll always capture those. But the moments that make your film feel like yours? Those are usually the ones I wouldn't know to look for unless you tell me.

This is your chance to point my camera in the right direction. The more I know about the little things that matter to you, the more personal and meaningful your film will be.

Don't overthink this. There are no wrong answers, and you can always send me more details as the day gets closer.

Your Names

So I know whose moments I'm keeping an eye out for!

The Big Moments

These are the ones most couples want captured. Check off anything that applies to your day so I know what to expect.

Check all that apply.

Cultural traditions, religious ceremonies, unity candle, sand ceremony, handfasting, hora, money dance... anything that's part of your ceremony or reception.

The In-Between Moments

These are the ones that make your film feel like you. The quiet, unexpected, blink-and-you-miss-it kind of moments.

Your dad seeing you for the first time, your best friend during the vows, your grandma on the dance floor... I'll keep an extra eye on them.

Handwritten notes in the bouquet wrap, a family heirloom in your outfit, a custom cake topper, a meaningful reading... these are the kinds of things I love to capture up close, but I might not know they're significant unless you tell me.

A surprise performance, a gift exchange, a choreographed dance, a secret guest? I promise I'll keep it to myself, but knowing in advance means I'll be in the right place at the right time.

Not the one you think you should say, the one that actually makes your stomach flutter when you picture it.

Getting Ready

The morning of is full of beautiful, quiet footage. Help me know what to look for.

Parents, siblings, wedding party, a best friend? This helps me plan how to film the morning.

Partner 1's getting-ready crew

Partner 2's getting-ready crew

A parent helping with buttons, reading a letter from your partner, a gift exchange, putting on a family heirloom... these make for some of the most emotional footage of the day.

Anything Else

The floor is yours.

A loved one who has passed and will be honoured, family dynamics I should be aware of, or anything that might be emotionally significant in a way that's not obvious. This is completely optional, but it helps me navigate your day with care.

Anything at all that didn't fit in the sections above. A favourite spot at the venue, a pet who's making an appearance, a time capsule you're sealing... I want to hear it all.

Thank you for sharing all of this with me. These are the details that make your film truly yours.
