Your Wedding Day Details

Your wedding day is getting close and I'm starting to plan my coverage! This form helps me understand the flow of your day so I can be in the right place at the right time, every time.

I don't need a minute-by-minute schedule... just the key time blocks and locations. If anything changes between now and the wedding day, no stress at all. Just send me an update and we'll adjust.

If you're working with a planner or coordinator, they may have already built a timeline for you. Feel free to reference it here or send it to me directly. Whatever is easiest!

Your Names

Just confirming who I'm planning for!

Locations

Where is everything happening? If multiple events are at the same venue, just note that.

Getting Ready

Ceremony

Reception

A separate portrait location, a cocktail hour space, a venue transition between ceremony and reception, etc.

Key Times

Just the big time blocks. If you don't have an exact time for something yet, your best estimate is fine.

Tip: If you have a day-of timeline from your planner or coordinator, you're welcome to paste or summarize it in the "Additional Notes" section at the bottom instead of filling in each field here. Whatever's easiest for you!

If you're not sure, I'll suggest a time based on your coverage hours and the timeline above.

This helps me plan my departure time and make sure I don't miss anything at the end of the night.

Logistics

A few practical details that help the day run smoothly.

If so, share their name, company, and the best way to reach them. They're usually my go-to contact on the day.

I like to connect with them beforehand so we can coordinate and stay out of each other's shots.

DJ, band, florist, officiant... anyone whose timing or setup might affect filming. Just names and roles are fine.

Parking instructions, gate codes, restricted areas, noise restrictions, drone restrictions, indoor/outdoor backup plans... anything that will save me time or trouble on the day.

No pressure either way! I just like to plan ahead so I'm not caught off guard during the dinner hour.

Additional Notes

Anything else that will help me plan for your day.

If you and your photographer are planning a golden hour session, I'd love to be there too. Let me know the rough timing or if you'd like me to look into sunset time for your date.

New portrait combinations, updated music picks, changes to the wedding party, anything at all. This is a good time to flag it.

If you have a full timeline from your planner, feel free to paste it here. Or any other details, concerns, or questions you want to share before the big day.

Thank you! This is exactly what I need to plan an incredible day of coverage for you.
